Information from, Colin Morris Bowey:
My breakthrough came recently when I decided to give the "Find My Past" website a try and came up with the following transcription
Baptism: 7 Oct 1781, Ann Blythe dau John Blythe and Mary, St Giles In The Heath, Cornwall.
A perfect match to make he the elder sister of the other four children from Tetcott which is about 5 mile from St Gile In The Heath.
Three more Blythe records I found are:
Burial: At Tetcott on 28 Jan 1815, Elizabeth Blythe aged 27 of East Peke
Burial: At Tetcott on 26 Apr 1815, Mary Blythe aged 65 of East Peke [so born about 1750]
Burial: At Tetcott on 21 Apr 1834, John Blythe aged 85 of Launceston [so born about 1749]
These are Ann Blythe's sister and parents. Interestingly East Peke is now shown as East Peeke and is halfway between St Giles In The Heath and Tetcott. (J5 on the attached map)
